Формування міжкультурної комунікації у процесі професійної підготовки авіафахівців

Abstract

У статті аналізуються питання формування міжкультурної комунікації у процесі професійної підготовки авіафахівців. Відображено сутність уміння правильно формувати міжкультурну комунікативну стратегію та проявляти себе як активного учасника міжкультурного комунікативного процесу, що є запорукою успішної професійної діяльності авіаційного фахівця. Особлива увага приділяється важливості володіння навичками міжкультурної комунікації у системі професійної освіти. In the process of European integration the air transportation inside and outside Ukraine has been developed. That’s why the graduators of flight educational establishments have to communicate English free to work abroad. It’s a quite often situation if the graduator of flight universities work for international airlines and communicate with foreigners. They study at the universities or colleges where they are influenced by different ethno- cultural, language and religious environment, which is very important not only during the education but during the process of working as well. That’s why it is necessary for them to form and develop the skills of tolerance, international cultural communication and international values. So, the instructors, professors and their assistants of flight educational establishments should such educational environment that can help graduators to adopt for international communication during studying and after it as well. The purpose of my paper is the research of the main problems in international communication forming and development during the process of aviation specialists professional education. The main condition of aviation specialist optimal functioning in the system of modern professional demand is reaching of high level in international-cultural communication, because in professional activity it is defined as the system of interrelations with the help of which people of different cultures have possibility to communicate. The system of humanitarians has the key role in the sphere of international communication development. Implementation of such subjects as Cultural-Religious course, Ethics and Aesthetics, Sociology, Political science into the process of education can support the skills development of international cultural communication in the process of aviation specialists professional education.
