Педагогічні умови формування мотивації іноземців – майбутніх фахівців авіаційної галузі до професійної комунікації

Abstract

В умовах глобалізації авіаційна сфера потребує володіння іноземними мовами та навичками міжкультурної комунікації. Особливості професійної діяльності значною мірою зумовлюють структуру, цілі, зміст і характер навчально-виховного процесу, мотиваційні механізми, сприятливі педагогічні умови забезпечення професійної підготовки студентів- іноземців авіаційної галузі до професійної комунікації, її рівень та якість. У свою чергу, висуває на рівень серйозної педагогічної проблеми пошук ефективної мотивації іноземців до вивчення авіаційної (англійської) мови. Teaching foreigners is one of the global problems in modern world of pedagogical science. Higher education in Ukraine is focused on the international dimension: knowledge sharing, interactive networks, mobility of teachers and students, international research projects taking into account national and cultural values. Therefore, the value of the author’s attention is the definition and implementation of pedagogical conditions that will contribute to the harmonious learning process, aimed at creating a motivation to professional communication of foreign students in the aviation industry. Studying English should stimulate high internal motivation of students in communication and in its study. The system of formation of motivational mechanisms for the study of a foreign language will not be effective if the educational process does not create favorable pedagogical conditions for the educational activities of foreign students. Therefore, before we outline the pedagogical conditions for the formation of motivation for the professional communication of foreign students in the aviation industry, considering the meaning of individual concepts. Specialists in the aviation industry, for the most part, work as part of international crews or in foreign companies, where the main means of interpersonal or group communication, foreign language is English. The peculiarities of the profession and the international labor market need for a high and sufficient level of formation of motivation for professional communication is the important task for foreign students in the aviation industry. It was found that pedagogical conditions are a set of psychological and pedagogical circumstances that ensure the organization of the educational process in flying educational establishments that contribute to the formation of motivation for the professional communication of foreign students in the aviation industry. In the context of our study, a number of pedagogical conditions is identified which will promote positive internal motivation of foreigners – future specialists in the aviation industry: development of critical thinking in the process of forming a positive motivation for professional English-language communication; application of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in the educational process; organization of independent work of foreign students of technical specialties in the study of a foreign language.
