Abstract

Висвітлено основні аспекти вдосконалення якості вищої освіти в США. Розглянуто вплив конкуренції та інвестицій на процес забезпечення якості професійної підготовки авіафахівців. Проаналізовано деякі питання кадрової політики та окремі підходи до розробки ефективної системи підготовки фахівців. Зроблено висновки щодо використання досвіду США в процесі реформування освіти в Україні. The main criteria for ensuring the quality of education are highlighted.
