Тестовий контроль з англійської мови в професійній підготовці майбутніх фахівців авіаційної галузі

Abstract

Статтю присвячено обґрунтуванню доцільності та ефективності застосування тестового контролю з англійської мови для підвищення якості підготовки майбутніх фахівців авіаційної галузі до ведення радіотелефонного зв’язку. Статья посвящена обоснованию целесообразности и эффективности использования тестового контроля по английскому языку для повышения качества подготовки будущих специалистов авиационной отрасли к ведению радиотелефонной связи. The article is devoted to grounding the reasonability and effectiveness of using the English language test control for improving the future aviation specialists’ training in the process of conducting radiotelephony communication. The sole application of tests to the educational process does not guarantee the rise of level of training but it contributes a lot into effectiveness increase future pilots’ training quality management. In the given article it has been proved that the multipurpose use of the pedagogical diagnostics gives an opportunity to organize the training process on the individual level helping to raise the level of the students’ development and their self-evaluation. The development of the pedagogical diagnostics with a set of appropriate methods and techniques for its implementation into the educational process is the basics for the educational process adjustment on a teacher’s part and making changes in the individual educational activity of every student. The research has shown that the pedagogical diagnostics creates the basis for finding out the difficulties in different kinds of activities, helps to evaluate your knowledge and abilities and motivates to find new effective methods and techniques for the educational process improvement. Taking this fact into account, the pedagogical diagnostics can be viewed as a tool of raising the level of future aviation specialists’ training quality management.
