Діалогічність навчальної взаємодії у формуванні комунікативних умінь майбутніх авіаційних фахівців

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості діалогічної взаємодії та визначено її роль у формуванні комунікативних умінь майбутніх авіаційних фахівців. Визначено, що суть будь-якого діалогу полягає в рівноправності суб’єктів діалогічної взаємодії. Доведено, що діалогічні технології навчання найліпшим чином уможливлюють формування комунікативних умінь майбутніх авіафахівців. В статье рассмотрены особенности и определена роль диалогического взаимодействия в формировании коммуникативных умений будущих авиационных специалистов. Определено, что сущность диалога состоит в равноправии субъектов диалогического взаимодействия. Доказано, что диалогические технологии обучения наилучшим образом делают возможным формирование коммуникативных умений будущих авиационных специалистов. The article deals with dialogic interaction in professional communicative skills’ formation of the future aviation specialists. The paper defines that the nature of any dialogue is in the subjects’ equality of dialogic interaction. The main task of the research is to develop an importance of dialogic interaction in the process of professional training which is aimed at communicative skills’ formation of the future aviation specialists. It goes without saying that the organization of dialogic communication is the main task of high school teachers. Dialogic interaction ensures the high level of teachers’ and students’ activity, creates favorable conditions for emotional students’ training. The main approach «a subject – a subject» (a teacher – a student) is highlighted in the article. It’s proven that dialogic interaction of the future aviation specialists is ensured by complex dialogic technologies which considered to be the best ones in communicative training organization. It’s determined that dialogic interaction arouses students’ interest to study, provide communicative activity stimulation and creative potential formation of future aviation specialists. So it has been proved that dialogic interaction enables professional communicative skills’ formation of the future aviation specialists.
