Abstract

Стаття присвячена розгляду кола суспільних відносин які регулюються нормами сімейного права і до того ж мають специфічний характер підстав виникнення, зміни та припинення, які обумовлені тим, що належать виключно сімейному праву і для інших видів правовідносин не відіграють жодного юридичного значення. Крім того, для суб’єктивних сімейних прав та обов’язків характерною ознакою є їх невідчужуваність, тобто неможливість передачі їх іншим особам. Consider how the legal regulation of family relations is carried out, whether they have an additional character and what they are aimed at. Legal regulation of family relations is carried out only by providing individuals with subjective family rights and obligations. Family relations have an additional character, and they are aimed at ensuring the rights granted to the subjects. In the theory of family law, the legal connection based on marriage and provided for by the legislation of Ukraine is clearly visible. The examples given give reason to assume that family legal relations are of a specific nature, and the volume of legal relations in connection with democratic changes will only increase.
