Abstract: У статті розглянуто концептуальні проблеми впливу людського фактору під час професійної підготовки та професійної діяльності фахівців в умовах науково-технічного прогресу. Проведена ідентифікація професійних ризиків та людського фактору в контексті закономірності їх виникнення. Запропоновано перспективні напрямки мінімізації впливу людського фактору у галузі професійної підготовки та професійної діяльності. Human factor is a problem of the century. It includes social-political, moral-psychological, economical, medical-biological moral-ethical and other aspects of scientific-technical revolution. Integration of Pedagogics and related sciences about human is the only way to solve the global problems of human factor. The success of scientific-technical progress in future will be provided by young specialists which are educated by professional school. Such specialists have to be ready to all difficult problems of life. Comprehensive and professional schools have to create new person with a new style of thinking to be ready to join professional activity without any psychological barrier. Importance of reliability problem in management system can be illustrated by the next facts. More than 80-90% of accidents at enterprises are connected with inappropriate psychological skills of the person. Aviation can fully illustrate the problem of human factor. More than 80-90% accidents take place in aviation last decades which lead to enormous social, economical and moral-psychological damages The professional education of a modern specialist does not meet the demands of the modern status in scientific-technical progress. More than 20% of specialists cannot cope with difficult and emergency situations. 10% make incorrect decisions, 22% of them fall into a trans, 34% do false operations, 14% cannot find appropriate equipment in emergency situation Our researches have proved that it is necessary to integrate six kinds of professional education as minimum for the complex process. They are: theoretical that forms scientific and heuristic level of knowledge and skills; physical that forms health, stability, working activity; simulator training that models professional activity and some aspects of it in standard and nonstandard situations; real professional activity in different conditions; psychological that forms readiness for professional activity generally; psychophysiological that forms physical and psychological stability levels of human factor according to emergency conditions. Such way this can lead to reliable parameters of professional knowledge, skills and activity. The problem of professional readiness for psychological aspects in critical situations (without a right for mistake) should include such approaches of future research: indicators characteristics research, quantitative evaluation criteria and methods; social-political, moral-volitive, leadership and prestigious-communicative characteristics. These skills identify specialist professional availability finally: indicators characteristics research; activity criteria and evaluation methods of professional reliability; research of psychological readiness evaluation methods to activity in emergencies, research in the sphere of career longevity prognosticating; integral levels data of specialists professional readiness creating.
