Abstract: Стаття присвячена визначенню особливостей комунікацій та їх комплексному впливову на кінцевий результат діяльності підприємства. Сформульовано визначення поняття «комунікація» як однієї із складових сучасного суспільства, що є основним аспектом соціальної взаємодії та однією із найбільших загальних характеристик будь-якої діяльності, а також відіграє важливу роль при прийнятті управлінських рішень. Визначено, що обмін інформацією всередині підприємства може прямо вплинути на формулювання конкретних цілей підприємства та швидкість їх реалізації. Доведено, що налагоджені комунікації сприяють забезпеченню ефективної діяльності підприємства. Досліджено, що комунікаційний процес формується також різними формами зв’язків між працівниками, заснованими на різних видах стосунків, які спрямовані на досягнення стратегічних цілей підприємства. Objective. Modern economic conditions in the activities of enterprises have led to their changes in the management system. Such transformations in the activities of enterprises have affected not only the elements of the management system, but have led to the need for management innovations that allow companies to quickly adapt to changes in the external environment. Accordingly, the need for existing communication processes and technologies in enterprise management is growing. Methods. One of the features of our time is the transition to the information society, which is the need for the introduction of information and communication technologies. The exchange of information penetrates into all management functions, so communication is seen as a compatible process in making management decisions. If communication is poorly established, decisions can be wrong, employees may misinterpret management teams and interpersonal relationships. It should be noted that the exchange of information within the enterprise can directly affect the formulation of specific goals of the enterprise and the degree of their implementation. Accordingly, without the fact of a unified approach to the management of communication processes in the enterprise, its effective functioning is impossible in modern economic conditions, which are characterized by rapid development and change. Results. Communication is a specific form of communication between people. Its goals are to ensure effective exchange of information between subjects and objects of management, improvement of interpersonal relations during information exchange, creation of information channels for information exchange between individual employees and groups, as well as coordination of their tasks and actions, regulation and rationalization of information enterprise flows, etc. Well-established communications contribute to the effective operation of the enterprise. It should be noted that if the company's activities are effective in the field of communication, it is effective in all other areas of activity. The communication process is also formed by various forms of communication between employees, based on different types of relationships that are aimed at achieving the strategic goals of the enterprise. They are a special form of influence on employees and the environment. Scientific novelty. The peculiarities of communications and their complex influence on the final result of the enterprise activity are determined. The definition of ʺcommunicationʺ is formulated as one of the components of modern society, which is the main aspect of social interaction and is one of the most common characteristics of any activity, and also plays an important role in management decisions. It is determined that the exchange of information within the enterprise can directly affect the formulation of specific goals of the enterprise and the degree of their implementation. It is proved that well-established communications contribute to the effective operation of the enterprise. It has been studied that the communication process is also formed by various forms of communication between employees, based on different types of relationships that are aimed at achieving the strategic goals of the enterprise. Practical significance. Objectively, it will be necessary to further develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of enterprise communications management and study their importance in ensuring the sustainable development of the state economy. Also promising will be the creation of a common communication policy at the enterprise, namely the program, which should be designed to ensure the maximum possible access to the recipient of information and to establish effective management of the enterprise.
