Рефлексія як об’єкт наукових досліджень

Abstract

В статті на основі наукових підходів розглядається феномен рефлексії, розкривається її сутність, визначається її роль та значення в пізнанні. Представлені трактування поняття «рефлексії» філософами, психологами та педагогами. З’ясовано, що особливого значення здатність до професійної рефлексії набуває під час навчання у вищому навчальному закладі, адже аналіз власних ресурсів, їх перегляд, інвентаризація дозволяють активно формувати індивідуальний стиль професійної діяльності майбутнього авіаційного фахівця, моделювати образ майбутньої професії. В статье на основе научных подходов рассматривается феномен рефлексии, раскрывается ее сущность, определяется ее роль и значение в познании. Предоставлена трактовка понятия «рефлексии» философами, психологами и педагогами. Выяснено, что особое значение способность к профессиональной рефлексии приобретает во время обучения в высшем учебном заведении, ведь анализ собственных ресурсов, их просмотр, инвентаризация позволяют активно формировать индивидуальный стиль профессиональной деятельности будущего авиационного специалиста, моделировать образ будущей профессии. Modern science faced challengers of the 21 st century, which tell us about the necessity to create new thinking, new consciousness, new people’s understanding of their place in the world and the society. Readiness of education to respod these challengers and to form the type of thinking, in which valuable guiding lines and realization of the responsibility for made decisions are directly connected with the problem of creating new educational models in the personal educational paradigm, development of techniques of activity and thinking on the basis of one of the concepts of modern education – reflection. The problem of professional reflection, possibilities of its modeling and interpretation is one of the basic problems of pedagogic science. The concept of reflection in pedagogic science is based on its philosophic definition. In general, the essence of philosophic comprehension of the term «reflection» is in explanation of the process of reflecting a personality by himself, in other words, self-reflection. It can be explained by the fact that a personality in everyday life, in his practical activity is aimed at looking for his unity with nature, with other people, with society, and with the world as a whole. At the same time it’s obvious for a personality that there is a difference between physical and metaphysical, nature and society, between oneself and the other people. It’s important for a personality to find and realize what is common and different in the values of the world.
