Проблеми та перспективи дуальної освіти в туризмі

Abstract

У статті досліджено проблеми, які пов’язані з запровадженням дуальної освіти в туризмі. Визначено, що основною проблемою є концентрація крупних туроператорів, які можуть забезпечити нерозривність теоретичної та практичної підготовки здобувачів освіти, у великих містах, внаслідок чого в регіональних закладах освіти реалізація такого підходу є доволі проблематичною. В якості інших проблем зазначено матеріально-технічна база закладів освіти, яка потребує постійного оновлення, та недостатність у викладацького складу компетентностей, які б забезпечували формування необхідних професійних навичок у студентів. Обґрунтовано, що в якості альтернативних ініціаторів підготовки здобувачів освіти з боку роботодавців можуть виступати асоціації чи інші галузево-професійні об’єднання, а також торгово-промислові палати. Проведений аналіз дозволив констатувати перспективність запровадження дуальної освіти в практику підготовки фахівців для індустрії туризму. Modern education is in a state of significant changes in its role, functions, tasks, content and forms. The search for ways to maximize professionalization during training has led to the emergence of a dual form of training, which allows you to apply all the theoretical achievements in the process of performing professional duties in the real workplace of the existing enterprise. It is determined that the main problem of introducing dual education in tourism is the concentration of large tour operators that can ensure the continuity of theoretical and practical training of students in large cities, as a result of which the implementation of such an approach in regional educational institutions is quite problematic. Other problems include the material and technical base of educational institutions, which needs constant updating and the lack of teaching competencies that would ensure the formation of professional skills in students. It is substantiated that associations or other branch-professional associations, as well as chambers of commerce and industry can act as alternative initiators of training of educators by employers. Full and comprehensive awareness of this problem should initiate the consolidation of educational, governmental and commercial structures in order to form and further full implementation of more effective forms of professional training of students. The analysis allowed to state the prospects of introducing dual education in the practice of training specialists for the tourism industry.
