Сутнісні характеристики гуманізації педагогічного процесу у закладі вищої освіти

Abstract

У статті розглядаються сутнісні характеристики гуманізації педагогічного процесу у вищій школі, актуальні проблеми реалізації принципів гуманізації у навчально-виховному процесі закладу вищої освіти, які сприяють формуванню фахівців нового покоління. Обґрунтовано зміст поняття «гуманізація» освіти, доцільність переходу від інформаційно- пізнавальної до соціально-культурної освітньої системи та необхідність використання таких принципів у педагогічному процесі. Досліджено поняття та структурні елементи гуманізації освітнього процесу, як засобу, який сприятиме самоактуалізації особистості та визначено шляхи впровадження принципів гуманізації у навчально-виховний процес, що сприятиме формуванню фахівців нового типу, які мають широку технічну та гуманітарну підготовку. The article considers essential characteristics of pedagogical process humanization at high school, actual problems of humanization principals’ realization during a teaching and educational process of a higher educational establishment, which contribute to the new type of specialists’ development. The notion "humanization" of education, transfer from the information-cognitive to social-cultural educational system reasonability, and necessity of such principals appliance in pedagogical process have been proved. The notion and structural elements of pedagogical process humanization, as the means that will contribute to a personality’s self-actualization, have been researched. The ways of humanization principals implementation into teaching and educational process, which will encourage new type of specialists’ development with the enhanced feeling of social responsibility for the own professional activity have been determined. Humanization involves acceptance of a person’s, as a personality, self-worthiness; guarantee of his/her rights, will, opportunities for selfrealization. A higher educational establishment has to not just provide students with this or that amount of knowledge and skills, but also develop such a person that is able to think creatively, make decisions, establish own life position, own view of life, attitude to himself/herself and others, ability to adjust to life conditions. This, respectively, requires changing the strategy of the pedagogical process management, in accordance with which the accents are transferred to a personality as a subject of educational activity.
